Kinco Automation's new EtherCAT Series PLC offers a powerful CPU, the AK840M motion controller, built on a CoDeSys platform for intuitive, user-friendly operation. The AK840M was designed for a diverse range of industrial control needs, supporting up to 32 axes of synchronized motion control with an upgraded Arm Cortex-A53 1.4GHz quad-core processor. Modular and compact, with 8 built-in digital inputs, and 8 digital outputs, this powerful CPU also supports up to 16 Expansion Modules (backplane bus). Remote I/O functionality is provided by the RP20 Expansion Modules, including Digital I/O, Analog I/O, and a 24 VDC Power Supply module. The RP20C-ECT is an EtherCAT Bus Coupler module that supports up to 16 expansion modules. Expansion Modules can be added or removed at any time according to changing production requirements.
The K6S series PLC is the new compact modular PLC. The modular plug-in design saves more than 50% of the horizontal installation space, and the wiring can be inserted without tools, making the installation and maintenance process simpler and more efficient. The "simplified" appearance design is also equipped with a powerful core, which integrates high-speed input/output, Ethernet, CAN, RS485 and other conventional functional interfaces, further improving the flexibility, reliability and efficient control over other PLCs. With the ability to connect upto 16 expansion modules, the the K6S series can reach a maximum of 272number I/O points. In addition no additional wiring is needed as the expansion modules snap together and all connectiviy is within the case.
The K6 series is the new replacement for the K5 series. With brand new technology the K6's ensure high performance and high reliability. The latest PLC provides Ethernet, CAN bus, and expansion module access. Up to 2 BD expansion boards and 14 expansion modules can be connected. The K6 series has faster running speeds, larger storage space, and significantly improved performance. Move your K5 project directly onto the K6 platfor. The K5 Expansion modules will also directly plug inot the K6 CPU thus allowing for a less expensive upgrade transition.
The KS series PLC provides different CPU models with diverse features and capabilities. These KS PLCs allow up to 14 KS series expansion modules to connect. KS has a CANopen port, higher speed input and output, and small footprint. KS expansion modules also are compatible with our MK043E and MK070E HMI/PLC Combo units.
The K2 Series are small and integrated PLCs designed to optimize performance, reliability, and functionality while minimizing cost! The K2 series CPU modules feature 6-10 sinking or sourcing inputs, 6-10 Outputs, 4 high speed counters, 3 high speed pulse outputs (transistor models only), and a micro USB programming port.
The K5 series is a cost-effective micro integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) equipped with diverse functions for high performance. The PLC provides special I/O functions (high-speed counters and PTO/PWM output), CANopen master, multiple RS485 ports, integrated analog input and output channels, and more. Equipped with diverse expansion modules, Kinco-K5 is capable of meeting the requirements of small devices and process control.
